Tauranga City Council is working on transforming the Tauranga Waterfront, and Hatch Consulting is proud to contribute to its visionary project.

Stage One of the project aims to enhance connectivity between Tauranga’s city centre and the Tauranga Harbour with a pedestrian underpass beneath the railway line near Harbourside Restaurant. This underpass will not only provide improved access to the waterfront, but also connect to a new boardwalk into the city centre.

Hatch Consulting’s comprehensive quantity surveying services – including tender evaluation, contract drafting, payment claim certification and independent variation assessment – are ensuring this development is executed efficiently and successfully.

The project is expected to be completed at the end of 2023.
